Hose Recovery Unit 200

The HRU 200 can retrieve fully automatically hoses up to a diameter of 200 mm (8") and is hydraulically driven by means of the available truck hydraulics or via a separate installed diesel driven powerpack. The HRU 200 is installed in the front cabinet of Hytrans HoseLayer container and picks up the hose from the driver's side of the vehicle.

The unit comes in to operational position by just a push of a button, this operation can be done while the container is on the truck, to allow a safe operation. The HRU pulls the hoses into the HoseLayer container and two operators flake the hose. The compact design makes it possible to retrofit all existing HoseLayers with this HRU.
