Two diesel engines and two submersible pumps

The HydroSub 900 is a mobile pump unit driven by two diesel engines and two hydraulic driven submersible pumps. 

This type has two powerful diesel engines.  One drives the hydraulic system for the submersible pumps and the second engine – assisted by the other –  is used to drive the booster pump. Available in Stage V for emission regulated countries, and Stage II for non-regulated countries.

The submersible pumps feed the main-boost pump fixed installed in the container pump housing. Optionally a platform can be mounted to store 2 x 60m 10” lay flat feeding hose. The whole unit is transported using a truck with hook arm lift off system.

Foam injection

Optional an integrated Hytrans PowerFoam system (HS900F) is available, allowing foam premixing up to 6%. The electronically controlled, hydraulically driven foam pump provides accuracy and stepless choice of foam percentage.

Accessibility

The 60 meter hydraulic hose length guarantees access to almost all open waters at a combined distance up to 60 meter and/or 10-15 meter vertically.

• At 15 meter or 50 ft pump lift: 24.000 lpm at 12 bar (6350 GPM at 175 psi)
