Hytrans product range of mobile pump units

Hytrans offers a wide range of mobile pump units designed to meet different needs in disaster management and emergency response. Each system is equipped with hydraulically-driven submersible floating pumps, built for flexibility, durability and rapid deployment allowing access to any open water source. The submersible pump is connected to a diesel-powered hydraulic power pack. The HydroSubs ensure a reliable water supply in the most demanding situations:

• Our compact units: HydroSub 60 and HydroSub 150
  Ideal for smaller-scale operations with demanding capacities from 1.500 lpm at 9,5 bar to 3.800 lpm at 10 bar. Also used in environments where space and mobility are limited. The submersible pumps in these units can also be replaced by one or more FloodPumps in case of flood emergencies.
  
• Our mid-range units: HydroSub 250 and HydroSub 550
  These systems are designed for disaster response scenarios, to deliver waterflow capacities from 8.000 lpm at 10 bar to 14.000 lpm at 12 bar.
  
• Our high-capacity units: HydroSub 900, HydroSub 1200 and HydroSub 1400
  For large-scale disasters, these systems are engineered to move massive volumes of water over long distances, ensuring continuous support for (industrial) firefighting, industrial cooling, dewatering and flood control. Waterflow capacities range from 24.000 lpm to 45.000 lpm at 12 bar.
  Optionally, an integrated Hytrans PowerFoam system is available in multiple versions.
  

Design of the HydroSubs

All larger units are built with stainless steel panels and anodized aluminium doors. The lightweight aluminium pump housing is always built into a stainless steel carrying frame with floater and wheels. It is connected to the diesel-hydraulic power pack by means of two hydraulic hoses installed on two reels.

Accessibility to open water

Except for the HydroSub 60, Hytrans HydroSub units come with 60 meter hydraulic hose length which guarantees access to almost all open waters at a combined distance up to 60 meter and/or 10-15 meter vertically.

A complete and flexible turn-key solution

To further enhance the effectiveness of our Hytrans solution, we offer complementary products:

• Hose Layer Containers and Hose Recovery Units for fast hose deployment and hose retrieval
• Hose Ramps to secure the hoses from (heavy) traffic
• Various hardware, including Y-pieces and gate valves, to set-up a temporary above ground hydrant network in minutes.
