Hytrans’ PowerFoam is an advanced foam insertion system engineered for precise dosing across the entire water-to-foam mixture range, independent of flow rate or water pressure. Its exceptional accuracy ensures optimal foam performance while enabling a more cost-effective foam ratio, reducing operational expenses without compromising suppression efficiency.

• 6% up to 24.000 lpm  (6400 GPM)
• 3% up to 48.000 lpm  (13000 GPM)

Environmental friendly

A standard feature of all PowerFoam systems is the ability to redirect foam back to the storage pods instead of injecting it into the water stream. This allows operators to complete a full setup, including foam logistics, without wasting valuable foam concentrate or causing environmental impact—making it ideal for training and system testing.

Easy handling and cleaning

Hytrans PowerFoam operates without a proportioner, eliminating pressure loss in the main line. By injecting the foam concentrate directly into the boost pump or directly into the water flow (in the stand-alone version), the system ensures better mixing efficiency, shorter foam lines, and simplified handling and cleaning procedures.

Stand-alone or built-in system

These units are available as stand-alone systems with their own diesel engines or as a built-in integration with AutoBoost and  HydroSub units equipped with a boost pump (HydroSub 550 and above).
