These are robust oil spill response systems with high efficiency and volumes ranging from 70 m3/h to 340 m3/h. All skimmers are made of durable polyethylene, marine-grade aluminium and stainless steel materials and are fast to deploy, easy to handle and clean.
The Hytrans FORU skimmers are the best in the world at cleaning up oil spills, also in rough weather. They are robust, easy to deploy and provide a high recovery capacity ratio of 75% to 100%. The simple weir type skimmers have no external moving parts, and can be operated by every skill level. It even self-adjusts without the use of a bellow.
The FORU-70 Storage and Deployment Container (DSC) is ideal to facilitate storage and support an efficient deployment as it includes alle the tools you need for fast deployment and cleaning. Every container can be fitted with a workspace to offer even greater flexibility during deployment.
The FORU skimmers can be acquired with matching ancillary products like a FORU power-pack, booms & bladders and work boats. Through its high capacity the FORU can clean up the biggest and worst oil spills.
